The cost to operate any set of computer based

So, what do we mean by “managed services”?
Managed Monitoring: through the use of a robust solution, normally

monitoring, a scheduled monthly maintenance program customized to your needs,
immediate attempts to log into your network to take corrective action when
possible, ongoing maintenance of all available software and firmware, and
regular updates of critical “patches” to desktops and servers.
Managed Support: the Managed Support Agreement is the most
advanced offering by Advanced Resources to our clients. This service is custom designed
for each customer that prefers a complete outsourcing arrangement of their
entire IT infrastructure. This allows each customer to concentrate on their core
business and to take advantage of Advanced Resources IT management and knowledge. Keeping
all pieces of the network and applications up and running should be left up to
the “experts”. Most customers cannot afford that level of expertise internally.
