With twenty plus years experience providing
IT, engineering, managerial, financial, sales, clerical and other human resources
to clients, we consider ourselves “experts” in our industry. We understand the
processes required to match the right candidate with a client, whether they are
designated for a permanent or temporary position.
Our requirements have come from throughout the
US, Europe and South America. In many cases we have provided a “Contract
Recruiter” to a client when they had a large number of needs, in order to reduce
hiring costs as well as to bring a concentrated recruiting effort to meet their
hiring needs.
Temporary (contract) positions are normally
provided through Advanced Resources.
Advanced Resources is experienced with the
recruiting primarily of IT (Information Technology), Audit, Project Manager, and
Engineering professionals. Additional experiences include filling various
positions in the pharmaceutical field (Clinical Trial Specialists, Meeting
Planners, etc.).
For those clients who want the opportunity to
evaluate an employee before making a decision to offer permanent employment, we
can provide a “Option-To-Hire” program. Considerations for a “fee after hire”
must be made for duration of the evaluation, relocation, etc.
Permanent or direct hire requirement services are
provided by William & James, LLC. Fees are generally determined by
the complexity of the order. For instance, the effort to locate and recruit an
executive may be far greater than that required to find an Auditor, thus the fee
structure may vary.
In all cases, we recognize the importance of
knowing the details of each client, their personality, the level of work or
industry experience needed that may vary from one manager to another, sometimes
the need to strategize where the best potential candidates may be found, and
what the major selling points of the opportunity may be.

of IT, Audit, Engineering and Management personnel. Only after an extensive
research, interview, and background check will a candidate be presented for
review by a client.
